Terri has lived in Ninilchik for 36 years, and has spent the majority of that time working in different departments at NTC. In 1989, she began working for NTC in what was then called Rural Alcohol Services, which grew into adult and youth outreach programs that still thrive today. Doctor of Chiropractic

Certified ART Provider

Cat is a licensed chiropractor in Alaska and California and is also a certified Active Release Techniques (ART) provider. While working in San Francisco and Fresno, California, she also volunteered at numerous athletic events, including the San Francisco Marathon, AIDS Lifecycle, and the Kona Ironman. Using diverse chiropractic techniques allows her to modify treatment to suit your particular issues or limitations.

ART is a complementary soft tissue technique that helps loosen scar tissue and adhesions in muscle and ligaments in a specific way. The combination of these protocols promotes rapid healing and resolution of even longstanding, chronic problems like frozen shoulder and plantar fasciitis.
